Television transmitter and mountain hotel Ještěd
Take a trip to the top of Ještěd Ridge (1012 m) where the famous mountain hotel with the Ještěd transmitter stands. The building was designed in 1966-1973 by architect Karel Hubáček, who received the Perret Prize of the International Union of Architects. Just below the peak is the upper station of the chairlift from Horní Hanychov. Ještěd has always been considered one of the main landmarks of North Bohemia and a symbol of Liberec.

North Bohemian Museum Liberec
It is one of the oldest cultural institutions in the city (1873). The collections rebuild the settlement of North Bohemia from its very beginnings until 1918.

Gallery Lázně
The unique building of the Imperial Baths has been converted into a permanent exhibition of the Liberec Regional Gallery with Dutch painting from the 16th - 18th centuries, French landscape painting from the 19th century, but mainly an exhibition of Czech art from the 20th century.

ZOO Liberec
The oldest in the Czech Republic, founded in 1919, it focused on breeding rare and endangered animals in the wild. Rarities among them are white tigers, Somali donkeys and extremely rare golden taipans.

Botanical garden
The popular botanical garden was founded in 1876. Here you will find collections of year-round flowering orchids and carnivorous plants, the oldest camellia in Europe and the longest growing bonsai in Europe. There are also aquariums and terrariums.
